There are. One edge is just serrated for cutting. There are also ones with changeable heads so you can turn them into an axe or something as well.

EDIT: How big are the seeds? I'd probably like beans for ease growing and the protein they'll provide. Then maybe onions or carrots. Heirloom, non-hybird of course. You want them to produce new seeds.
