For those that watched and cried out in horror, how would you live out your days if you were the father or the daughter?

Daughter says she was the one that seduced him after getting him drunk.
House finally get diagnosis that the daughter has a cancerous left testicle. *Epiphany anyone?
House reveals secret to daughter and father.
Apparently the daughter suffered from a birth defect that rendered her/his testicles unable to descend during gestation and became quite useless. She/he grows up without a member and testosterone, with only estrogen to guide his/her growth. Because of her/his pure estrogen make-up, her/his biological appearance is that of a voluptuous female bosom and all.
