What the heck does it matter where it is on his head! The point is real people don't accept, tolerate and/or perpetuate the kind of evil that symbol represents. YOU know it's there, whether or not prospective customers can see it is beside the point.

It makes a world of difference. See the OP never stated if the person with the swastika tattoo actually was a Nazi or had any belief/following in that lifestyle. Maybe the person had run with the wrong crowd at one time in their life and had this tattoo as a scar? Maybe they've had a change in lifestyle/beliefs since. So without knowing this information YOU automatically make the assumption that he is an evil person and label him. If the tattoo were in a place on the head where it could be covered by hair, you as a customer, would never know the difference would you?
 
I would call the cops and tell them I have Charlie Manson here and collect the reward money for capturing the escaped convict FTW
