Hypoallergenic Down-Alternative Comforter

Are Hypoallergenic Down-Alternative Comforters any good? I need to get a new down comforter because mine is spitting feathers all over the place :|

Is something like this any good?

I have a down-alternative comforter and it works fine - keeps me warm and it's nice and fluffy, similar to down, though I don't think it's as heavy. Much cheaper than down though!
