Yes, and yes. 99% of the population can be hypnotized, some people alot easier than others. The only way you can really do something that you really don't want to do is from coersion. If someone told you to do something dangerous in a trance, you'd kick out, and they'd likely have a difficult time putting you back under. It usually involves a fair degree of trust to work.

From what I understand, hypnotism will only work if you truly want it to. For instance, if you are a smoker and want to get hypnotized to stop smoking it wont work unless you truly truly want to stop. If there is any doubt it wont work.

So woman must WANT Vladimir seduction session, or not work? What point of hypnotize, if you just do what you want anyway. I don't need make hypnotize to get womans I can ALREADY seduce, so why?

It does work on everyone. Just one method doesn't work on everyone. But if you use the right method, anyone could be hypnotized.

virtualgames0 is mostly right. I have actually taken classes on hypnotism from respected universities, Rice and UH. I can tell you that many psychologists consider hypnotism to be a real phenomena but it is not even close to being accepted by every psychologist. There is a lot of debate on just what is hypnotism. There seems to be compelling evidence that there is some mental state that sits between sleep state and lucid state, this state is often what people refer to as meditation and hypnosis. Clinical test show that this state might have a much better ability to recall memories in much finer detail then the lucid state, there is also some evidence of lowered inhibitions allowing a patient to get past mental defenses that they have created to deal with traumatic memories. There is a lot of debate on if this true, if it is a useful treatment.

Hypnotism is not anything like what Hollywood would have you believe.
People can not be hypnotized against their will, no matter how strong or weak willed they are, you must actively participate in the hypnotism.
There is very little evidence supporting post-hypnotic suggestion. If it works at all, it is a very weak tool.
There is strong evidence supporting hypnotic suggestion. While the patient is able to maintain the hypnotic state they seem to be able to do incredible feats list like hypno- analgesia.
There is a number of different methods to attain (or induce) the hypnotic state, I was instructed on how to basically boor them into it. 😉
