I just got an Athlon 64. In CPU Info, it says that my HT is 1000. But shouldn't it be 2000 as advertised on the motherboard (Asus A8V) website? Sorry but I don't know much about hardware. Thanks.

the HT is double pumped. so 1000 is the frequency but the transfers/sec is 2000. (2gigatransfers/sec)
