Just thought I would ping the folks here.
I have a bunch of VMs (mix of Win2k8 and Suse Linux) setup on Hyper-V R2 + SP1 RC, server core. They run fine, however for some odd reason they take FOREVER to start. It can take ~20 minutes for the larger VMs (4 vCPU, 8GB RAM) to startup. It just sits at "Starting (10%
...", then it suddenly finishes. They run fine once they start.
This is on a beefy box, quad Nehalem EX with 256GB RAM, VMs reside on several FC 8 disk RAID0 NTFS LUNs.
