Older case, so no.
Yea just being lazy... I've used that cooler in the past and would like to stick with what I know, sort to speak.
So if it can fit an FM2, Im game =)
 
Generally Socket 939/AM2/3/3+/FM1/FM2 uses the same mounting system, but it can differ from one cooler to the next.

As an alternative to the cooler you posted, take a look at the Arctic Cooling Freezer A30. It'll require you to dismount the motherboard, but its mounting system is quite simple. Should take 5 minutes tops.
 
I think it should fit. I use AM2+ cooler (OCZ Vendetta2) on my FM2 Athlon X4 (750K) system and it's doing a fine job, the chip is cool and stable even OCed.
