Why? If it weren't for her foul mouth and the fact that she's an AI, she'd probably be hot like that chick that destroyed Jesse James'/Sandra Bullock's wedding.

Anyway it just seems like a patch for poor behavior of MS' task scheduler? A lot of us Construction-core users are pretty happy with the improvements to the scheduler in Win10.
