Can someone please list me all the hyper threading p4, from the beginning one to the end, and also list their fsb too, I really don't have time to search for the details, so if anyone can do that, it'll be greatly appreciated, oh and also if it needs single ram or dual ram, thank you so very much

HyperThreaded enabled p4 chips:

P4c 3.2ghz (800fsb)
P4c 3.0ghz (800fsb)
P4c 2.8ghz (800fsb)
P4c 2.6ghz (800fsb)
P4c 2.4ghz (800fsb)

P4b 3.06ghz (533fsb)

NOne of them "NEEDS" single channel or dual channel persay to work...They all would benefit greatly from dual channel in the range of 5-15% in a number of apps and it does help fulfil the p4's bandwidth craving....

Ultimately get what you can afford...get a dual channel capable board but one stick now if that is all you can afford...It will work just in single channel mode...add later....Do not get anything less then a i865/i875 chipset unless you are runing a 400fsb p4a chip and they defintely do not have hypertheading enabled on them

are there any other 533 fsb p4 with hyper threading besides the 3.06, and thanks for answering my questions

Don't see why not....I can downclock mine to 133fsb right now but it makes my 2.6c I paid for pretty weak at 1.733ghz....With HT in the right apps I would put that equal to a 2.26ghz 533fsb chip at best....

Do you have a board you want to use but it isn't an official 800fsb board, or is it the memory that is older that wont do 400ddr??? Cause at leat for the memory many of the boards have 3:2 dividers so at 200fsb it will eun 266fsb memory or pc2100 if that is the best you can do...

Also remember many of the better i845pe mobos did oc quite well with some routinely hitting 200fsb anyways...

So waht is the deal?????

you know i should have listed what system I was getting, I'm getting a Biostar IDEQ 200S Small Form Factor Computer, these are the specs

Supports Intel Pentium 4 and Celeron processors
533MHz Front Side Bus
Intel Hyper-Threading technology
Chipset SiS 651B + 962
Memory Two DDR333 memory slots
Integrated SiS Graphics

Before anyone says anything, I know, I do not want an SiS Chipset, but I'm really on a budget here, and this is the best I've found so far for my budget, So I'm looking for a SFF Computer that supports p4 hyper threading, pretty much I'm gonna put the lowest of the hyperthreading p4 on this sucker, but I just needed to know what is the lowest hyperthreading p4, from the a few posts priar to this, someone stated that the 3.06 (533 fsb) p4 is the lowest of the 533, and that sucker is too expensive for me, I'm only going to buy the Barebone SFF, the cpu, and Ram, the barebone I already know which one, if anyone can find or tell me a better barebone than the one i listed, please let me know, the price range for my budget for the barebone itself is around 150 to 190. If someone can tell me another barebone SFF that supports p4 with hyper threading, has firewire, usb 2.0, maybe integrated vga (a good one that is), 1 agp, 1 pci, LAN integrated, 1 5.25 bay, yea that pretty much covers it, oh and looks somewhat good and decent, but pretty much it has to be p4 system and supports hyperthreading and is around my price range

Oh and another thing about those 800 fsb p4, if i have it run on a 533 fsb system, can the cpu still run at it's designated speed but at a lower fsb...i.e. 2.4 ghz 800 fsb p4 w/ht run at 2.4 ghz 533 fsb...is that possible? thank you so very much for helping me.

To the last question...NO...

The multiplier of INtel p4 chips are locked....IE say you get a 2.4c for around 160-170 dollars

2.4c = 12 x 200fsb = on a 533fsb system it would be 12 x 133 = 1600mhz
2.6c = 13 x 200fsb = on a 533fsb system it would be 13 x 133 = 1733mhz
2.8c = 14 x 200fsb = on a 533fsb system it would be 14 x 133 = 1866mhz
3.0c = 15 x 200fsb = on a 533fsb system it would be 15 x 133 = 2000mhz
3.2c = 16 x 200fsb = on a 533fsb system it would be 16 x 133 = 2133mhz

3.06ghz = 23 x 133 = 3060ghz

what were you looing at here??? Even the 2.4c is almost 170 shipped....Is there not any SFF 800fsb available???

there's a bunch of 800 fsb sff computers, but they are way over my budjet, about 320 + dollars, too much for me to handle. if i had the money, i would have gotten it no problem, and i wouldn't be posting the news on here. But I'm poor : ( so this is all I can afford, and the reason why im asking so much is cuz black friday is next week, so I wanna know what I need before I buy it so that I don't have to return it and going thru all that hassle.

oh 1 more thing, if let's say i get a 2.4c 800 fsb, but it runs on a 533 fsb, will it still have hyperthreading even though it has different fsb?

Yes...HT works no matter the fsb...just make sure the motherboard supports HT then you are fine....
