hyper 212 plus hsf $24 shipped ac thru jul4

I think eWiz still has 3% Bing cashback (listed under SuperBiiz). I got my own Hyper 212+ from eWiz. $24 for this thing is pretty HOT! Sure, it doesn't perform as well as some of the higher end heatsinks, but this price puts it at less than half the cost. IMO there isn't anything cheaper than $30 which outperforms it and is as flexible in mounting.

NewEgg has always had pretty ridiculous prices on heatsinks, fans, etc. There are other places I shop for those items.

Anyway, nice price on the Hyper 212+. 🙂

Have to understand how eggs pricing works. if they get low on stock or have insane turn over the computer automatically increases the price accordingly. I believe its set to a percentage. Egg also sold the 212 at $26 f/s not long ago .

Perfectly summing up what I don't like about them! The people that buy aftermarket heatsinks and pc parts notice this stuff quickly. This policy is how I discovered supperbiiz/zipzoomfly/frys/microcenter. I hope their plan is working, but I know it has made me shop elsewhere more and more often!

also if you live near a microcenter store it's $25 there and I think it always was

$29.99 regular price, which a lot of websites are showing too, $25 on sale. I picked one up yesterday. Not sure how long the sale is for though. Best I could find online was $24, so I just bought it locally.

Everyone shops but i always seems to buy from egg personally. They almost always beat the competition if you know how to work their deals and combos. Its usually by allot. The rare occasions the other companies beat their price the shipping ruins it or like this case its due to egg selling truck loads of it. In case of $5 difference or so ill still go egg just for the CS. $5 isnt worth dealing with those other guys morons behind the phone.

I sure agree, I have over 300 purchases from the Egg and none, not a one has been messed up. I tried SuperBiz, or what ever their latest name is, twice and they fouled up both. Had to call and talk to their personell several times, they, were less than swift. Took a month to get one order and the other was sent to the wrong address, not even the right city. No thanks. Just my experience and YMMV

I've ordered from eWiz probably about a couple dozen times over the years and never had any problems. NewEgg's customer service is top notch, though, I can understand how that would be worth slightly higher prices for some.

Lately because the eggs prices are not so good i have ordered from ewiz. No problems with any of my last 4 orders. They shipped UPS within a day. I always check ewiz before i order from the bigegg.
