Recently my mom and aunt decided to buy me a large bottle of HH. I was curious if anyone here has had experience or known anyone who has had experience with this product?

I understand that i wont be able to just pop pills everyday. I do exercise fairly consistently and would like to take it up a notch since im on break.

I've seen reviews of this by users on random websites but i don't really trust them.

Those supplements are scams. Just like the exercise equipment.

All you need is a few dumb bells and a pair of running shoes. Jog and lift those. The rest is just marketing.

My rule is if you only see it in a commercial past midnight it is a scam.

EDIT: ... or during soap operas.

Muscletech is a good brand, but their supplements are far overpriced. There are cheaper alternatives that are as effective or better. It is still a good product though.

HH is not a scam it works, but there is better fat burners out there, and you still need to exercise.

In other news: Once again JLGatsby makes a fool out of himself.

Anyway, what questions do you have about it? there can be a lot to say.

Drink plenty of water.

I've never tried it, but I'd be confident that I'd get decent results with a muscletech product.

For fat burners, I like SAN Tight and Lipo-6.

i've done a good amount of research over at forum.bodybuilding.com and the overall the best is MAN scorch. thats what i'm going to get for the new year.

but don't forget the most important thing is your diet and exercise.

It's cheaper than all the marketed fat burners out there and probably 90% as effective. You could probably even drop the aspirin. I don't get much from it so I'll probably have to try clen on my next cut 😉

Riiiiight...

Most supplements are scams but you most certainly need more than "a few dumbbells and a pair of running shoes" if you really want to improve your physique.

u need some? 🙂

Try adding some T3 to that clen.

But in the end...... DNP > ALL

I've seen these tested - it's all BS.

The best "fat buster" is caffiene - if used occasionally and in moderation. (I.E; a doppio espresso for me, as I only drink coffee on an "as needed" basis - I'd go for 3-4 shots of espresso if you don't drink it commonly.) I've found that it does a good job of killing appetite.

The other "fat buster" is riding a bicycle. You can save a fortune on parking and gas, and while you'll look slightly silly on a bicycle when it's 10 degrees out, your well-muscled legs will not look very silly at all. I can actually get downtown faster on a bike than in a car once you factor in parking, and much, much faster during rush hours. (1-way streets and gridlock don't actually apply to you if you're in a bike lane.)

The stuff is crammed full of caffeine. If you have a low tollerance to it stay the frack way. I know people who really like it, but had an equal number of people come back and return it because it was just too much for their system. (Used to work at a GNC for 6months) I snagged a bottle of Hot-Rox before I quit, and that seems to be pretty good, and it helped me drop off another 10lbs while I was taking a quarter or half dosage (one or two pills a day instead of the recommended 4).

But with any kind of fat burner, or exersize make sure you drink tons and tons of water.

DNP scares me - I''ve read so many horror stories about what "could" happen if you mess up with it.

That's what the late night infomercials want you to think.

I'm not a fitness expert, but I do know you can exercise every muscle properly with just a dumb bell. It's a fact.

How people continue to believe in that BS and continue to purchase that garbage is beyond me. Repeat after me, "there is no magic pill or magical diet that will make you look hot". Eat right, exercise and you'll be fine. Sheesh......

Hey, while you're at it, I have a great fuel saving product (just add this gadget to your gas line, it will increase your mileage by 50%!!) and a wonderful sticker that will make your cell phone work 130% better as well!!

You have to be out of your mind?

Don't take ephedra at all. That stuff gives people heart attacks.

The body will develop the way it needs to develop without supplements. Forcing unnatural amounts of vitamins or non natural chemicals into the body is not healthy. You were built with all the supplements you need.
