Can someone who has used this tell me more about it and the results they have seen?

I want to tone my abs back into a tight form, I'm not far off now.

Can you drink alcohol?

Do you have to work out like a maniac?

I used hydroxycut back in the day when it contained ephedra and it worked well. These newer breeds of fat burners do not work nearly as well.

Why don't you just focus on a clean diet?

Do you weight train? Cardio?

Those wont work at all.

I recommend either doing an ECA stack or if you are really hardcore get your hands on some cytomel. Cytomel is a pill that puts the same hormone that your thyroid produces. You dont want to take it long term or you could basically shut off your thyroid production then you'd have to use the drug the rest of your life. Many body builders use it, I'm currently taking it. Its not a steriod. You will burn calories like a furnace. Hydroxycut does nothing, its just a marketing sham.

AFAIK alcohol shouldn't be even considered a possibility if you are serious about a six pack.

I hope you are taking taurine with that T3. Also T3 is not muscle sparing and should be taken with a mild steroid to avoid musce loss.

T3 works much better when combined with clenbuterol.

How are you dosing the T3 and how long is your cycle?

I hate the word low fat. You can get just as fat as on carbs as you can on fat.

Weight loss is all about burning more calories than what you take in. If you're not serious about your diet and excercise, then don't even bother with pills...you're just pissing away money if you don't put the time and effort into it.

yes you can but you have to eat alot of more carbs to have it transformed and stored in your body as fat. -per 100g- when you ingest fat it takes about 3 calories to have it stored as body fat, where as for carbs it takes about 27 calories to have them converted and stored into body fat

Doing a 6 week cycle. I'm in the middle right now and just started taking 100mg/day. After about 8 days i'm going to start tapering down. I know there will be some muscle loss. I'm not a bodybuilder. I use to weigh 350 got down to 250 last summer but over the last year I gained 45 of that back. So I'm just trying to lose some weight right now. I have a big frame and naturally big muscles. I can put it back quickly if I lose some.

I've never tried Clen. I'm doing ECA right now also.

I've found that when dieting i spend MORE money cause I have to be picky with food. The pills I talked about are cheap.

Hey Flossy! Waz up?

First, I am watching what i eat. I eat mostly seafood which is awesome as it is low calorie and low carb. Omega 3 is great for the hair too! ;)

Secondly, alcohol. I am thinking the occasional drink with dinner, not the all night party till you drop alcohol consumption.

I have heard Hydroxycut Hardcore and Akavar are awesome. But I was thinking that Hydroxycut Hardcore was better. What kind of results would I see? or have you seen when using it?

I'm pretty sure hydroxycut will get you nowhere. I've taken it myself and never saw any benefit. Didnt feel different either.

Your body will burn alcohol first before anything else. So it would be the worst thing to have if trying to lose weight.

The best legal fat burner I have ever used was an eca stack.

The only other burner I can recommend is Thermorexin. It can be purchased from Anafit.

Ephedrine Caffine Aspirin

The E and C are what does the work. The apirin thins the blood a little and helps with blood pressure. Some people dont like the way it makes them feel. You wont feel tired I promise you that.
