Hydravision on a Radeon 32 or 64? (not 7500 or up)

Has anyone tried/heard of Hydravision running on a 'regular' Radeon like the 32MB or 64MB VIVO? I have a hacked LE and it would be perfect if I could run a DVD on the TV and still have a functioning desktop on the monitor (without having to interrupt the movie). I notice the 7500 shares the same drivers with the Radeon 32/64. And, if I'm not mistaken, the 7500 is a 64MB Radeon tweaked but stripped of VIVO. Ati calls Hydravision software, so it should work... shouldn't it? TIA

Both 32 & 64 mb ddr radeons list full screen DVD playback among their attributes.

Sorry, won't work, those cards don't support hydravision. I was able to pull it off with my old AIW radeon by installing a V3 as a secondary card, and hooking both the Radeon and V3 into my Mitsu monitor (it has 2 video inputs), I would then clone the primary monitor to the TV, and use the V3 for my desktop.
