Hydor L30 help

I just got a Hydor L30 pump.
I'm confused about how to get the front cover off.
The instructions show a picture but I can't seem to pull it off and I don't want to break it.

any tips?

just yank the thing off. 😉 😀 actually, i can double check how mine came off when i get home in an hour or so if nobody else has responded.

I've tried pulling really hard but I havent been able to get it off.
and its round in the front and smooth

i remember just squeezing the top and bottom while pulling and it should pop off.

nothing is bolted on or screwed so don't worry about breaking anything.

How is it attached?
I mean where are the "hooks" that keep the plastic on

that would help me know where to squeeze
I think I'm gonna have to use a screwdriver or somethign to force it.
because I can't seem to get it off with my hands

there are no hooks...just grooves around that are sorta like rails...it just slides out. you can probably gently use a flathead screwdriver and pop it off.

I was thinking of using a screw driver, but I wasnt sure where to stick it.

yeah I see like grooves on the sides.

I didnt mean hooks, I guess I mean the things that hold it on.
I assume its like one of those snap on things.
