Mixed results I would say...but lol at the power consumption...not that someone buying that card would have an insufficient PSU.

The only issue with it that i see are the acoustics...though I have to say, thats a biggy for me...

AMD are known to be better in Dirt3 and Deus EX HR but this says otherwise

Don't just look at the graphs, read the text on top:

They are using actual gameplay, not ingame-benchmarks or timedemos. This might make a difference as I can imagine that Nvidia and AMD are optimizing for said benchmarks. I prefer real gameplay and I like HWC for testing like that.

Also consider that different scenes might yield different results, that is just normal.

The card is too late. If it was released at about the same time as the 690 it could have been an option for people who want/need the strengths of GCN.

I'm sure the BoP is far higher than the 690 just looking at the 2 pieces of hardware. The power usage is too high for a single card, as well. I think that AMD made the right decision to not release a 7990. Even if it meant surrendering "The fastest single Card" title.
