128MB Gainward GF4 Ti4200 for $197 + $0.50 shipping from GoogleGear. That's the retail version with VIVO, and the card is made for OC'ing. You shouldn't have any trouble getting it to Ti4400 speeds, and you could probably get it to Ti4600 speeds if you put some ramsinks on.

650MHz out of 4ns ram? I don't think so...
Out of all the ti4400 cards I think the abit is the best value.

The Gainward Geforce4 4400 is also a great to get. Gainward has made some really good cards and are his pick in the Geforce4 reviews he has done.

I'm quite happy with my MSI GF4 Ti4400, but I guess it boils down to bundle. The Siluro looks appealing if you don't care about included software (this MSI has 9 cds of stuff...dvd, video editing, 3 full games, PC CILLIN (2000)?!) Since I'm making use of a lot of it, it was worth it for me. If not I'd say the Siluro.

For crying out loud why does no one have this card available???? Ive found maybe 5 online stores that have this card a 3 of those are outta stock and the other 2 stores is trying to charge me a arm and a leg to ship the card and one has horrible ratings from customers. Would someone tell me where I can get a Abit 4400 for around $220-235 thank you "SIGH" Or should a I just order a different card MSI/Asus?

Toms hardware said the MSI is really loud and I'm sure the asus will be more spendy. I'm extremely happy with my abit and I'd reccomend it. I'd keep looking.

I have the MSI Ti4400 and the fan is not loud at all and i have a very quiet system as I have only stock AMD heatsink/fan. Also I came from an ATI Radeon and the video quality is excellent and there is a huge software package. I would recommend the MSI card better than the others.

Try Ajump.com, I believe they have the Siluro Ti4400 on sale for $220. I recently bought a Siluro Ti 4200 from Ajump.

I've got a gainward and it seems pretty cool. 2D quality is good (I can run at 1600x1200 no probs, text seems sharp etc). Also, seems to be a good overclocker. Haven't really pushed it yet, but I've managed to benchmark 3dmark at 300/688 so far (stock is 275/550 and apparently the core doesn't overclock that much on geforce 4s)
