Well, if they don't, I'll be piznissed, because I got this message: "Thank you again! You will receive your electronic gift card in approximately 4 weeks."

Hmmmmmm I think that only 500 people were supposed to recieve the survey. I don't think Macy's was thinking about the link being given to thousands. Better gear up the............ Macy's suck, gonna file class action suit, what should we ask of Macys.com, how will we be compensated replies, I gonna PM Darkfudge (of Dartek fame) and prime him for our response, they did not ask for email address, how will they notify us we aren't gonna get the $20 GC?

Forget about it...this was posted very early yesterday at another site, as Allisolm said, and was seen by thousands. It was also reported by several people that they did the same survey a YEAR ago and received...drum roll...NOTHING.

I am 100% certain that people will continue to do the survey and post that they got the "you'll be getting the gift card" message...but get a grip on reality - it's over - if it ever existed in the first place. If wasting your time on an excruciating survey knowing you'll get nothing makes you feel good, go for it. :Q

Ouch!. Actually I got the survey last Monday. At first I thought that it was an order confirmation from some clearance items that I purchased from them. I assume t was a mass mailing at the same time that I got mine. Even for those who responded yesterday to the earlier posts, it is unlikely that you will get a GC. I also noticed that whoever started posting the link in the deal forums is omiting the customer id from their email link. I assume that the customer id is part of their verification process to see to whom they actually invited to take the survey. Good luck! 😉

This has been up for hours and there's still gift cards left? It probably will say that to everyone but only the first 500 actually get the card. At any rate, I just gave it a try. Yes, it told me I would be getting a card in 4 weeks.

started fuilling it out before reading the posted times and replies. Oh well to far along to stop now so I wonder if the will see my change in feelings about their site. 😀
