1) Click the start button | search | for files or
folders
2) Type in "hosts"
3) The HOSTS file you're looking for should be in
C:\Program Files\KaZaA Lite
4) When you open it in Word (or whatever word
processor you have), you should see a really long list
of urls.
5) Delete the following from the list.
www.linkshare.com, linksynergy.com, cj.com,
commission-junction.com, www.qksrv.com, qksrv.com.
6) You might not be able to find all of those because
I just listed them from memory. If you find something
similar to the strings above, delete them.
7) Save the HOSTS file
8) Close your browser and try clicking the coupon link
again.

why don't you just go to Tools->Options->Delete Cookies
 
Cookies are not the same as your host file. Your host file is blocking access to certain website (probably since you have Kazaa lite installed). You must edit the host file. The college computers have access but your's doesn't because their host file is most likely empty. The host file is in your windows folder somewhere (different location depending on what windows installation you have.)

Also Windows looks at the HOST file in the System or System32 directory, not in the Kazaa directory! By default the HOST file is basically empty.
 
Emptied mt Temp Internet Files folder and it finally worked. Condoms and Blistex...what more do I need?! Haha...anyways, $6.00 for both isnt bad by me...mebbe I'll do it again...order some shampoo...ooooh...or a Mach 3 Turbo!
