We thought we had it bad cruising around Florida on a ship during the hurricane but compared to what the poor people of North Carolina and other flooded areas are getting, I feel that I should have never complained. My heart goes out to those that have lost so much! 🙁
 
Travelled a good chunk of the I95 corridor recently and wow did it look like things were bad in the carolinas. Still had a bunch of Billboards ripped apart and alongside the road a constant stream of tree piles where they've had some time to start cleanup efforts. in many other locations they've simply cut enough off to clear debris from the extending to the shoulder. Lot of trees just a bit further inside the treeline knocked over which may or may not get removed as they aren't going to impact the roadways or state property alongside it. Imagine the populated areas closer to the coast must have had fun going through that.
