You may have a point about the subpoena, according to this article:

"'The banks have also indicated that they cannot provide information without a subpoena, and we know Democrats aren't interested in conducting oversight of this potential national security threat. When Republicans take back the House, we'll use the gavel to get answers,' Comer said in a statement to CBS News."
They send you down one rabbit hole after the other and you just.... jump. You just jump. Dude. And by the time they get what they need from you(a vote), you get tossed. Again.

The fact that they cannot get a subpoena through the courts tells you ALL you need to know.

This is a political witch hunt.

There is NO legal probable cause here.

Wake the fuck up, man.

Really? Why do you think its a witch hunt? As previously mentioned, there are so many red flags w/Hunter, they need to be investigated.

Ever notice desperate delusional right wingers keep bringing up Hunter Biden without listing what law he broke?

So what is it you morons?

Didn’t Rudy allegedly have the smoking gun? If so why didn’t he just release it to all the media

You people really need a third act

there are zero red flags with Hunter.

That's an actual fact in the existing universe.

Thats odd. Hunters bank's have filed 150 suspicious activity reports (150 red flags) about him. But we aren't allowed to investigate those, well, because we might actually know more about the slimy things that are going on.

Nope! Nothing to see here! Move along now.

And quit asking about that laptop and payments to "the big guy" because there is nothing there either. No red flags. Nope.

Said by the clown with 27456 suspicious activities on this forum alone.

Democrats have a truck load of illegal shit on Trump, so much so that over the years we lost track. Seriously, so much illegal shit over the years on Trump that we became numb. Yet, all republicans have to play with and in particular Fox News has to play with is Hunter Biden. #1 a laptop, #2 a salary for services rendered.

BUT TRUMP????
Hell, I'm still waiting for an explanation AND an investigation over Stormy Daniels. Miss boobs. Miss porn star. Miss Donald Trump's paid whore.
I would love to see Fox News dwell ON THAT ONE. And I bet Melania Trump would like some answers too.

Fox News went after Obama and his birth certificate for EIGHT F-ing YEARS, lets watch Hannity spend even ten minutes going over THIS ass-wipe and his whore(s).

Those are mighty fine people. Remember there are good & bad people on both sides and stuff.
Being less sarcastic, unlike OP I’ll wait until this can be verified.
I get it, Seth is not everyones cup of tea, here is the problem as I see it with this particular report.
1. Seths reporting have a super high accuracy rating down the road. Its uncanny. His work is actively being used by the committee for example.
2. About end of days, Clarence Thomas etc he only has to be right once… and its game over.

So. Wait it out at your own peril.

Because this has been looked at by countless prosecution teams and the IRS. All of them dropped it.

Why?

For the same fucking reason Trump lost 65 election lawsuits.

There is nothing there. Obviously the IRS was satisfied with the initial response to the flags on deposits.

Obviously all the prosecution teams the GOP asked to look into this were satisfied as well and saw no reason to prosecute.

And so his records stay confidential unless you get a subpoena.

So if no one could get a LEGAL subpoena for them because of lack of probable cause, the only reason the GOP wants them is political.

That I had to spell this out for you is rather pathetic.

Hunter's a piece of trash. That does not make his dad a piece of trash.
God I hope I'm not judged by my kids... it would ruin my horrible reputation I've worked nearly 50 years to cultivate.

That being said, it's gross that the oligarchy make Hunter virtually untouchable.

Eh, SARs can be generated for any number of reasons that are deemed "suspicious" by the bank/employee. There's probably posters on /r/churning/ that have more than 150 in a month ...

Fair enough. Nobody is perfect, not even myself. I'll water down the title some more.

I just hate that when it's a Republican we get beat over the 24x7 for years until the person leaves office, even if it's his relatives.

Again… your thoughts on the Clintons? Do you even consider what you’re saying? While you post non stop about someone not in office and being the right wing water boy they count in you to be.

Umm, yeah. I've railed against their suspicious activities as well going back to the 1990s.

While I never when completely bug eyed crazy as some did over the Clinton's like some did (ie The Clinton Chronicles), I watched a video recently that reminded me of just how deep the corruption ran in certain circles in Arkansas during the 80s and 90s.

If you want your daily dose of creepiness, watch this (not about the Clintons, just AR corruption):

Every witness that came forward about their killings was murdered.

But...
He has been under Federal investigation since 2018.

So... I guess you should update your thread to say thanks government?

Unlike all the failed Republican witch hunts, the Dems actually bring proof to the table. Not just saying they have evidence and then never producing any that can stand in court.

I mean supposedly Giuliani and Mein Pillow have all the evidence of a stolen election. Yet they never produce any. They just say they have it. And you eat it up every time and they do this to you.

And unironically you post demonstrably untrue conspiracy laden agit-prop hit pieces about the fallback boogeyman the Clintons years after they left office.

The fact that you cannot see every conservative accusation is a confession is simply amazing when you do it in the same thread you make this claim.
