Won’t stop and house committees from hauling him in for questioning in attempt to go after Joe though

Now if only he would officially act and declare Martial law and Send Trip and his buddies to Guantanamo.

In my opinion everything Republicans do is to seize power. They have it now. The Bidens are no longer a real threat. Why bother?

I think Biden should not have pardoned him, mostly because I believe the pardoning power should be removed altogether.

What's the point of seizing power if you can't wield that power against your enemies once you have it?

Especially when the democrats wielded it against Trump so egregariously? :p

Can't really blame him. The case was out of line with typical prosecutions for that statute. It never would have been brought against John Smith.

Yup, does seem as if he got treated more severely because of who his father was. Though the whole Presidential Pardon power seems a bit stupid to me. I note the Daily Mail (shamelessly) reports this as:

BREAKING NEWS Shameless Biden PARDONS criminal son Hunter over gun and tax offences in bombshell U-turn

As if giving pardons to your pals and family members is something staggeringly-unprecedented in the US system, rather than something that happens regularly.

e.g. (though Trump's not the only one either)

Don't rope me into your fascist delusions, foreigner.
How dare I poke myself into American politics when only you guys have the right to preach to me about India's?

How dare I? Indeed! :p

But then he would’ve potentially allowed his own son to go to prison for multiple if not 5+ years. No way he was not going to step in.

I tend to agree on at least restrictions of the pardon power. Because as of now it can be used as a means to beget political corruption.

This is just admitting Biden is no different from Trump after all. Quite a fall indeed! Now its funny to see all the liberals and leftists savoring over the last of their victories.

Biden got nothing to lose, he lost, Kamala lost, the liberals and leftists kooks lost.

Game over, man! Game over! Khallas! Khatam!

Did Hunter Biden break the law? If the answer is yes, then welcome to the US "Justice" system.

Also, welcome to the US "Justice" system because since dad has power, you can skip jail.

He couldn't do that since it would prove he was just another petty dictator, could he? Not while the liberals and leftists were working so hard to prove he was an exceptional president not prone to corruption, unlike the vitriol they poured upon Trump 24/7! Now that it is all rendered into nothingness, Biden showed his true nature because he has nothing to lose. The Democrats betrayed him for Kamala. So he doesn't care about his nonexistent legacy, knowing very well no one bought it, and least of all, the ordinary American majority. A fitting end for a corrupt shell hollow politician, atleast in terms of American legacy,

So don't pretend for the nonexistent virtues of a man you yourself stabbed in the back; he himself doesn't care to protect the Democrat legacy anymore, having been betrayed and abandoned in the heat of battle. Just realize the game is over. Khallas! Khatam!

I remember all the fawning names you gave for a shell of a man barely in control of his bowel movements, much less the entire administration: Dark Brandon! All the lies you told about his nonexistent mental powers and abilities. All that came to nothing. Khallas, Khatam.

It is even funnier now that I think about it. Dark Brandon indeed, because that was the color of his pants because he pooped himself in full public!

What war? Oh right your imaginary one.

And corruption? All they had was conjecture and accusation against Joe Biden. It was the exact opposite for Donald Trump. There was no selective prosecution going on there. Trump did those things and got away with it because he was able to work the system by delay and then enough people voted for him. Many of which will be regretting that shortly.

Okay comrade, but remember your opinions are dogshit in the outside world. The vast American mandate for Trump just proved that!

Right but then look at my above post and you see someone who got away with breaking much worse crimes than what Hunter would’ve (at least on the firearm charge). If he was not the President’s son he wouldn’t potentially allowed not have been charged with what he had been.

No one should be above the law, Trump has clearly proven he is. And Joe wanted to protect his son. I don’t agree with either. In my mind both were guilty. But the magnitude wasn’t even comparable.
