Turn off trash can protection, reboot in safe mode, and then run the tool, that's all you have to do. Your machine isn't going to blow up or anything.

thats the problem i can't turn off trash can protection...all of those options are greyed out the virus is definately doing this but there has to be a way

*shrug* Then do a quick uninstall.

I don't have the option for an uninstall for norton systemworks 2003?!How do i remove it from my comp then? If i remove systemworks the trash can can't possibly be protected anymore right?
