The H3 is 16.9 inches shorter in length than the H2, 6 inches shorter in height and 6.5 inches narrower.
Hummers are slowly evolving into a regular SUV.
They are moving away from everything that made them great.

Maybe it's just me but personally I would take a range rover over a hummer

??? how many people who drive hummers want a manual?
If it's a real hummer you want a manual. Since real Hummers are offroad beasts and manual transmissions are superior when negotiating rough terrain.
You know that all "real" hummers have 3-speed auto transmission, right? Since the Pentagon brass didn't think too many young Americans could drive a manual.

Also those windows are tiny, the visibility must be horrendous.

Whoopee, another stupid ugly vehicle goes on sale. I like the 20 mpg part. Funny.
Real world testing has shown that the EPA ratings are as much as 40 percent inflated. One proposal calls for adjusting them downward by 26 percent. I wonder how many people would buy an Expedition with a EPA sticker that said 9 mpg? or an Explorer that was rated at 12?

I could live with a H3 (cargo space, passenger room, ammenities, etc). The Rubicon (to me) is about as impractical as a Miata.
