For the poseur who's too poor to buy a real hummer, but suffers so from the oppression of avarice.

All that plastic they use to disguise it makes it look like an overgrown Honda Element... :p

Looking more and more like a GM. By the H5 it'll look identical to the Envoy.

Hummer: the next GMC

5 years from now they'll have a full sized truck line that looks identical to the Z71, but says "hummer" on the grill.

i give it 6 years until the hummer is based of a ford focus. It will be a focus with extra plastic and oversized wheels.

Yeah, no kidding. They're taking a vehicle brand that distanced itself with function over form and a unique look. Now they're just milking the name and getting the GM truck design team to "spruce it up" in their free time.

It doesn't have to be like this. You don't see the Jeep Wrangler morphing into a Durango, do you?

They really gotta stop calling these monstrosities "SUVs". Mid-size are SUVs... these Full Size hummers, expeditions, excursions need their own name.

great pic, now WTF did it hit? i know it rear ended a car in front of it, cuz the car in the back rear ended it. someone croped out the thing it hit.

MIKE

It hit the pickup. The pickup owned it.
Looks like head-on equal offset ownage to me. That's a crew cab on the Dodge... what's the weight difference on them ?

tell me how it hit the pickup? you dont spin around 80degress when hiting a truck from the front. you have passenger side to passenger side (front on both) damage, you do not spin to the right, when both parties hit on the left. but when looking at the liquid on the ground it might have, but that pic to me looks messed up.

but it looks as if it crumpled how it should have. both trucks in that pic are royally F*cked. that is the strangest accident i have seen due to the H2 HAD to be going the wrong way??????? and then it spun backwards when it hit. INTERESTING.

edit: the H2 is 6400lbs full tank, dodge crew cab is 5477 assuming i found the right dodge)

Umm... of course it's possible... one of them (likely the hummer from its position) must have crossed the center divider you see there and hooked further to the left. The other car, trying to avoid them, went left also (reasonable move) but they hit (each on their right fronts) anyway. Looks like they were doing at least 35. The Hummer got spun while the Dodge got jacked back.
