I almost grabbed the Saints Row games during the Steam sale. I'm glad I waited. Thanks for posting this!

Do pay above the average -- the Saints Row 3 story DLC is fun, especially the 50s sci fi movie series. It includes some good vehicles too.

The only thing that isn't good about this is, if you already own one or more of the games, then you can't gift them to someone else.
Still a great deal though.

Yeah, I got this basically for Dead Island GOTY, Risen 2 and Sacred 2. I don't have the original Risen, which will be unlocked later, along with Metro 2033 (I have that, too, though).

They started getting smart about the bundles and Steam Keys.

On a note about the keys, you get one key (Pack A) for "below the average", and a second key (Pack B) for "Beat the average". The Saints Row 3 Full Package on the "Beat the average" key is DLC only, so if you own the basic game, and don't need Pack A, you could always give that key to somebody and enjoy all the DLC in the Pack B key.

Dead Island Riptide isn't worth spending $25... reviews have been lackluster (feels more like a DLC pack for Dead Island) and it can be had for less than $20 on Amazon and will likely be available for much less in another month or two. Still, you might be feeling charitable.

In 4 1 mainly for Saints Row 3. These Humble Bundles are great.
Boosted the charitable part of the payment. Already owned SR2, Dead Island & Metro2033.

I only participated in 1 humble bundle before but pretty sure each game had its own key. couldn't you just give the key to someone else if you don't want/already have a game?

Or did they change it so you get 1 key that unlocks all games?

I explained the key thing above.

You pay less than the average, you get ONE key for "Pack A"

Beat the average and you get ONE MORE key for "Pack B"

Pay the $25 and you get a THIRD key for Dead Island Riptide.

They did this to cut back on unbundling. This bundle does not do DRM-Free releases, either.

Definitely worth the $25. Went ahead and picked it up. If it wasn't for charity probably would have only beat the average seeing as riptide got some bad reviews

The weekly humble bundle (which just went live) is also pretty good if you haven't played king bounty seires and wnt to pick them up with men of war.

Yeah, nice bundle and individual steam keys this time. The three King's Bounty games also have DRM-free versions that can be downloaded.

Pay more than the average for the weekly bundle too, so you get KB Crossworlds -- KB + AP + Crossworlds is a great package.

Warning: after playing them I found the new game (Warriors of the North) boring, so I can't recommend it.

Yea - not sure I would call warriros of the north boring but it is relatively speaking pretty darn bad compared to the earlier ones. Crossroads is little more than an extension of King Bounty AP; but the price for it is so low I would spend the extra dollar or so.

Great deal. I have Saints Row IV on pre:eek:rder. Just gifted by buddy Saints Row II and highly recommend the SR series for anyone who enjoys a nice thick story and a wild ride. I admit the whackiness has been totally over the top lately but that doesn't mean it's any less fun.

It got even better. Just got this email;
"We just added three astounding games to the Humble Deep Silver Bundle! This already amazing bundle just got even better, now including: Metro 2033, Risen, and Sacred Citadel!"

Humble bundle was good when it came out but I am starting to see some repeats. Saint's Row 3 was part of one and I got it then. It might start becoming like Steam's package deals where you already have half the games. But at least it is super cheap so you might be able to justify it.

In for one.

If it's super cheap when naming your own price, why would you not be able to justify it? Unless you feel bad about being a cheapskate. :D

I don't believe the last one included all DLC, because after getting this one a bunch of new stuff was unlocked. So it's not the same version of the game that's a repeat at least.

Had Saints Row 3 from the THQ Humble Bundle deal....but I wanted the DLC from this one. Got Metro 2033 from a previous promotion for Metro: Last Light. Just found out that this bundle does have separate keys for each game. Are Risen and Sacred good games?

Almost forgot Metro 2033 was part of the THQ Humble Bundle as well!
