No statutory/pedo, but someone was ready to put out and you refuse her cause you want the robot?

Very good show.

BTW, somehow the 18+ version made me think of Arnold Schwarzenegger, except it's reverse, with the Terminator boinking the human.

This show is great. It's one of my favourite sci-fi shows in recent memory. I can't wait for the finale. Too bad the season is only eight episodes.

Blame the British... eight episodes is pretty regular for a "series" over there. Sherlock and Foyle's War only have like 4-ish per season and their DVD prices aren't any cheaper from what I've seen.

That actress is pretty good. From the first time I thought she was slightly off and now we have confirmation. It's got to be tough to pull off that sort of balancing act but she did it really well. Just enough clues to make you wonder but not give it away. Perfect.

Read an article about the show and the producers ran some type of android camp to get those playing them into the habit of noticeably acting different than a normal person.

So last weeks show, the daughter some how got into the special code yet the creators son who himself was modified in some way can't figure it out...

The android cop going all out to find the killer synth seems kinda strange given the previous weeks reveal, what is her plan?

Dad getting belatedly caught with the pants down, lol.

I wonder how they are going to handle the creation of more of them, especially with the crazy blonde chick doing it, as we have seen some of the discrimination but once more are created and if they have the public know about it things will get ugly next season.

I still am having a hard time with the main male synth as I keep thinking of him from the Merlin series he was in. :p

So, I watched the full season (yeah, I'm like that) and I am disappointed. I was disappointed from the start with their even being special androids and a cop chasing them, as I was really hoping this was going to be a character drama, but whatever. I was told it gets better, and it didn't.

I've watched it (live in the UK), and really enjoyed it. I won't reveal any spoilers.
My early thoughts, are that it is at least a bit better than the last series.

Hmm...don't see it in any of my tv listings...hopefully it will pop up soon.
As fas as I know amc doesn't air it until February 2017 sometime so if you depend on them you will need to avoid the thread I guess.

Wait, does this air earlier in the UK or something? Awesome, I thought it wasn't airing at all until 2017.

It was like this for season 1 also.

It airs earlier in the uk and bbc while it's on american tv like amc a few months later.

So if you are going to wait don't open this thread until then. :p

He's done it before, virtually everyone else watches per the US schedule so he gets to talk to himself I guess.

I could understand if there was a few hours delay between the UK and US's showing of this show. E.g. Satellite transfer time or something. I could even understand/accept a few days delay.
But why/how the heck, does it need to be so long (months). What is the point of the delay ?
Why not show it simultaneously (give or take a few minutes/hours or days) ?
Usually it is the other way round. Something shows initially in the US, and then appears in the UK, many months or even years later.

Presumably there is some kind of really good reason/explanation for the significant delay.

Ever so tiny spoiler:
At the end, it seems to say something on the lines of that the show is made both by a UK company and a US one. All the more reason for showing it in both countries at the same/similar times.

Presumably it will appear on youtube, a lot sooner than Feb 2017. Which is another good reason for them to show it at similar times.

Wild speculation:
Maybe the US gets the show at a significant discount, due to the delay.

I blame the brits and their tea and crumpet ways.

There are a few shows that do this sadly as I recall the show "You, me and the apocalypse" having this issue also.

Now I remember, it's just been so long since the first season I forgot that's how it happened the first time too. No worries, this region inconvenience didn't stop me from watching Downton Abbey on UKs schedule and I'm sure it won't stop me from watching Humans early too. :p
