Answer: It varies from person to person. It's between 180 and 200 on most people. Some people have crazy narrow and crazy wide fields.
 
And the the extremes, you don't have a perception of what's there. Hell, half the time the object wouldn't be noticed if it/your eye/your head weren't moving.
