I was configuring a system for a friend, put in the code they sent on a postcard and this came up...

"Please note that your coupon code was printed incorrectly on your postcard. Call 1-800-284-1140 to receive your 20% savings on eligible Dimension and Inspiron systems!"

If they can tell it was printed incorrectly, and was indeed supposed to be 20% off, why the heck not just activate it as the correct code?
