Getting OGR24 stubs is just a matter of looking around for proxies loaded with them. There are a whole bunch stubs out there, not to mention those on the dnet proxies. Up until a few days ago, proxy1.red.wa.us.proxy.distributed.net was serving nothing but 24 stubs, and NOBODY uses it and it's not part of the RR really .. so the stubs just sat in a buffer waiting for someone to pull them.
Just as an example, today at around 22:00 I pulled almost 1000 OGR24 stubs from iodbbs proxy (200 in it's buffer, the rest were from the main proxy I would imagine) .. that will take a day or two to smash through .. so I reset the input buffers to 50 (with 900 in the buffer already) so the buffer doesn't get polluted with 25's while I'm not looking .. and then when it gets to around 100 I wander through the dnet and anandtech proxies to see what server will send me more.
