I don't recall ever hugging my dad. He was an alcoholic most of my time with him, so that creates a distance. Once he quit that distance never changed, but I did get to know him better.

I've hugged lots of people. It's a nice gesture, and lots of people could use more hugs.

im always down to give out hugs. hugs are nice. i hug my brothers, i hug my parents, i hug my cousins, and nieces and nephews. i hugs my teens at least once a day to tell them i love them, and to thank them for being helpful.
