I'm assuming the 3 for Obama you're referring to are Bin Ladin, Ghaddafi, and Chavez. So wouldn't Bush then at least get Saddam?

So Bush 1, Obama 3 would make more sense. And honestly, Chavez was a bad leader but doesn't fit in with the rest of them. If incompetence were a qualifier to be considered a monster then every Republican President since Nixon would deserve to be considered one.
