My bet is that he is actually brain dead and in Cuba which is causing his Democrat allies err.......... Communist allies problems with his upcoming inauguration. They have to figure out some way to break the law and destroy the Venezuelan Constitution without looking bad. Maybe Obama can volunteer to send Airforce1 down to help his friend and buddy out.
