My order from Monarch last week took too long to process/ship so I cancelled it. I placed another order (different part) and the processed/shipped same day. I chose FedEx 2-day shipping and it arrived next day.

Monarch did me right! 🙂

I've ordered several thousand $'s worth of stuff from Monarch, billed to my house and shipped to my work which is a separate yet registered address with my Bank of America card. Every order went through flawlessly.

My advice to the OP is:

Monarch lifetime is 9.11. But in the last 6 months its 8.35. I read through some the comments and there are several comments in the last few weeks that complain of the same things this guy is saying. So its not just him. That is a huge drop in just 6 months. So his post not only has credibility, but there are others who clearly are experiencing the same things. So its a fact that this company is not performing as well as it once did and the ratings clearly reflect that. And having folks post this kind of information is important to us all.

So I am done here. I am glad he posted to be honest. Thats how you avoid pitfalls. GL dude.

You may not of given them a chance to do it, I think you may be freaking out a little.... it states in thier terms and conditions (you know the thing no one reads) that they will charge your credit card. Sorry bro I understand you are made but I am not still not sure what you get out of having everyone hash out thier problems with them. I like Monarch becuase they are smaller and they pay more attn. to me as a customer not a number.

Yeah I already read that. Sure posting information is good - but I prefer better more reliable sources who actually make an attempt to give a company the benefit of the doubt and actually contact them and see what's up before flaming and screaming and jumping up and down and throwing a tantrum.
