Their response time matches exactly how long it takes them to process/ship an order!

Out of curiosity I read the linked angry post from XG.

He refused the order, he's lucky he got any money back at all. It says clearly on their site that they only accept returns with an RMA and only give store credit, and take a 15% restocking fee. I'd consider myself lucky to have received any refund at all on the video card.

Also, I see now that he complained about a "hold" on a credit card. This is not the same as being charged before it ships! I'm assuming he meant actually got charged. If it's a hold, it's not unusual at all.

Otherwise I guess they are valid complaints, although I wonder why anyone would order the 2nd or 3rd time from a company they were so dissatisfied with.

Monarch rocks. You get great parts for great prices and don't have to pay CA sales tax. Most of my orders are shipped within a day or two. I couldn't care less when they charge my card.....I'm buying something and consider that money tied up as soon as I committ to a purchase.

The times I've ordered a hot product that went OOS, I got notification and, occassionally, something extra. Tough to complain.
