HUGE PROBLEMS with Monarch Computer

Hey AA,

Just wanted to post the link to a thread that was started at Hardforum about Monarch Computer:

Seems that they no longer care about the customer and just want to charge you the moment you place your order, but not ship the item until a week goes by. I am RalliartEvo on that board and I have posted some of my horror stories.

I urge you all to either reply to this thread or post over at Hardforum and tell us your story. I would also urge everyone who has had a negative experience to explain their situation and leave the appropriate feedback at http://www.resellerratings.com

That's all for now; we need to let Monarch know that we mean busines, and the way they are treating their customers, both here and at Hardforum, is unacceptable.

I will try to keep this post BUMPED and I would appreciate any BUMPS either in this thread or the one at Hardforum.

UPDATE 1: I sent an e-mail to hf@monarchcomputer.com, which is the e-mail that people at Hardforum were given by Monarch Deals. I also sent a PM to Monarch Deals to him. Still no replies to either...

I just tried to PM MonarchJoe at this board but his profile is disabled.....real nice

I've never bought from them, but I wouldn't really care if they charged it to my credit card when I ordered rather than when they shipped it.

And whining that they won't ship to an address that isn't listed on your card is just stupid. They do that to protect themselves and YOU from fraud. It's very easy to add an address to your credit card.

I am referring to the thread over at a different board, that was just posted yesterday. There are 115 replies and almost 3,000 hits. I am not the author, but I did post my story.

All I am trying to do is bring an issue to this board that needs solving. This affect everyone here and everyone who visits Monarch's website.

We create a lot of business for Monarch and they shouldn't treat us this way. Something needs to change with Monarch if they value their customers.

I'll have no part in this. Monarch has provided far better service to me than ZZF, Newegg or anyone else I've used. Sorry a few of you have had problems, but when you show me a large retailer who doesn't have a 100% perfect, no-one-ever-got-disappointed history, I might believe your case has merit. No store is perfect.
 
It looks to me like it's a problem with the supply of the card. I just read through a small part of that thread and a couple other people were having the same problem. I think the guy jumped the gun writing Monarch off. I've ordered from them a handful of times and never had any problems with them. The problems that I have had with online purchases were quickly taken care of with a respectable talk with a CSR.

Please read the thread over at Hardform. It's is not just the video card, but alos other horror stories. I even posted my situations.

This is more then just about the 7900GTX.....it is about Monarch customer service and how they treat their loyal customers
