do this:

click start, then run, then type regedit

now u'll be in your registry editor...

expand the list of keys until u reach this one:
hkey local machine/software/microsoft/windows/current version

once ur in the "current version" folder, right click in the right hand pane and choose new dword value.

name it CacheWriteDelay, and press enter
Then double click the key you just created and enter a value of 2000. Make sure Decimal is checked and not hexadecimal (hex is checked by default)

then close the registry editor and reboot.
