I assume that with most of the current laws in these states, that there are limits to how much you can posses at a time, correct?Meaning, if you don't have the grower's or distributor's license or whatever then 2lbs would certainly violate state law.

i doubt it, i have medical card for when I'm in Oregon visiting family, it cost me around $250 to get, and i can grow 15 plants or have up to 10lbs in my possession. Yup, there's limits. People have this weird thought that Colorado magically turned into a lawless land where you can do whatever you want with weed and get away with it. But there's a limit to possession and I believe there was something similar to public intoxication in there.
