Picked this up for my 8 year old for Christmas. After looking at the box and watching youtube videos, I'm really thinking I should've bought two, one for me and him. I'd never heard of them until recently but apparently they've been around for a couple decades.

Anyone else have any experiences with these?

They had those in the 70s. Difficult to ride from what I remember. Steering is tricky.

When I was a kid, everyone in the neighborhood wanted that thing. But since we didn't have a lot of money we settled for riding our neighbor's Big Wheel. It was still pretty fun even though it had one singular trick: ride fast in one direction then pull the emergency brake and spin out.

I remember when they came out in the 70s. I wanted one but they were yet another thing we couldn't really afford. I had some friends with them and they were a blast.

my dad bought one for each of the grandkids last year. They were too little to ride them though. maybe in a few years.

omfg.. they modernized the old greenmachine?
We had these back in the late 70s.. they were all plastic back then..

man they were fun..

my kids have shared one for a while and like it but they loose interest quickly. eventually we go back to just playing sports.

I just saw one of these at Costco. Badass. The kid across the street had one when we were like seven. Put my Big Wheel to shame. That fucking little bastard had all the cool shit. And he even tried to steal my Winnie the Pooh.
