"Frank the Voice of Free Speech" is of course a workaround from saying something like "The Voice of Truth and Facts Because They Matter".

If only there was a law that provides severe penalties for spreading lies, rumors, innuendo, hate speech and baseless conspiracy "theories" but that would immediately drive FOX and other right wing "free speech" media outlets out of business wouldn't it?

I'm mostly impressed that he's going to get the case through all the lower level courts within the next 6 weeks. Pretty sure you just can't schedule an appointment with the USSC to hear your case - regardless of how smoking (or is it "smocking"?) the gun is.

Well, goodness! If you're as important a person as Mike Lindell, I'm sure you'll be allowed to bypass all the lower court decision processes and go straight to the top, and they will just make room for you. 🙄
