http://www.shopping.hp.com works on laptop, not on desktop

http://www.shopping.hp.com works on my laptop, but not on my desktop. Both are on the same home network, so I think it's somethiing with the desktop's configuration.

Any ideas where else it could be?

Too weird! It works on my notebook computer on the same network, but not on my desktop. So it's got to be some setting on my desktop, but I have no clue how to begin diagnosing this. Any advice?

I fixed this by adding "216.240.204.10 www.shopping.hp.com #desperate hack will it work?" to my hosts file 😀
