I was looking at different remotes with qwerty keyboards. I know they replace mouse and keyboard, but has anyone seen a remote like that but also controls the TV and receiver.
 
I haven't seen one like that, but some CE companies are releasing QWERTY keyboards on their remotes to control their equipment.

I just use a combination of the following:

Windows 7 Media Center
Media Browser
Harmony Remote Control
Zinc (http://www.zinc.tv/)

I hardly ever use the QWERTY keyboard (although I have a Lenovo track ball / keyboard combo handy) with my HTPC.
