HTPC Peripherial Solution Please?

Let me explain my setup before I explain my problem....

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, on the first floor of an old apartment building. I built a Home Theather/Gaming PC last spring (it was really just a money saving thing not to do two seperate machines). As well as a 22' LCD, I also own a 46' Samsung LCD TV (LNT4665F). The PC is in my Bedroom with the 22' LCD. The 46' Samsung is out in the living room. After moving the PC back and forth for the first month I decided something had to be done.

So about 3 months ago I ran 50ft of HDMI and Audio cable down through the floor by my pc in the bedroom, and brought it up right by the 46' Samsung in the living room.

This is a pretty decent setup, and I can start a movie on the pc in the bedroom, then run in and enjoy it on Big LCD in the Living room....

However....it's getting to the point where I would maybe like to do more from the living room. Things like gaming or fastforward/rewinding/pausing my movies from the living room (even though the PC is in the bedroom).

This is my problem....

I'm looking for some sort of wired/wireless solution to have keyboard and mouse in the living room even though the PC is in the bedroom. It's about a 25-30ft shot from the Bedroom to the Living room and there is no Line of Sight. So I'm looking for any and all ideas to be able to get mouse/keyboard functionality in the living room. I'm ok with running more wire, but wireless would be preferred.

Any and all help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Look for an RF keyboard. Or you can look for some sort of long cable solution.

buy a font end unit like an xbox360 or SAGETV HD extender.

Using XP right now (I know)....considering switching over to something more Media PC friendly.

I'll look in to the products you suggested.

But an extender really doesn't solve the gaming from the living room thing.
