I have a very similar case with powersupply, and use an athlon II x2 regor 240 underclocked to 2.0ghz for my bedroom htpc. I use the onboard video on a cheap 785g board, it works fine for OTA TV and for streaming blueray/hddvd rips over my network. Of course if you need to bitstream HD audio you will need an add-on ati 5000 series card, a 5450 would be fine. Or you could use the the I3, I believe it can bitstream. You may not need more than 2GB of memory.

+1 for this. Idle using the PicoPSU on my i3-530 + H55 mATX was lower than my N330/ION and my Sargas mATX. It's also much faster than the other two.

Yup.

Think of the time the OP will save. He can do a 2 hour movie in less than 90 minutes D:

Sempy 140 @ 0.96v/959MHz playing/recording 4Mb OTA

Regor 240 @ 0.912v/960MHz playing/recording 4Mb OTA

If you are going to convert the mpg2 OTA broadcasts to mpg4 (I compress about 80%) you might want to look at an AthlonII Propus Quad or Rana Triple.

Can't help you with the under-volting/under-clocking with them - haven't had the pleasure.
