That mobo looks like it might be a good substitute for the one I picked (Gigabyte H61) that is OOS now... the price sure is right and it has HDMI out.
I'm assembling parts right now for my HTPC build (using a G620 as well...) and I'm going to assemble it with my daughter. It'll either be a great project for us... or a disaster. I'm willing to gamble...
