HTML/PHP method to make firefox refresh

Hi, I'm using a random image script in php to display a random image on this small website everytime it is viewed. It changes everytime perfectly fine in IE but will not change in Firefox unless you do a ctrl + F5. I tried searching on how to fix this and could not find any clear way to do this. Does anyone know how to make firefox reload the page instead of grabbing it from cache?

for php, use the header("Location: page.php")

a meta refresh should work too
