I have a web page, and a menu on top. The page uses tables. How can I make a particular table and or cell not able to be printed when someone on the web prints the document?

There's no point. As long as the data is being displayed on the page, anyone can save the page to their PC and edit it to undo whatever you tried to do.

Its not a security issue. Its a looks issue. This data is technical, and the menu does not need to be printed. The menu is messed up when printed, and rather than me go through and decipher what the heck is wrong, i would rather just not print the menu at all. Its a graphic menu.

One thing I see done a lot is to provide a link to a "Printer-friendly version of this page" where you take all the other stuff off. That might be much easier than trying to figure out how to keep something from printing.
