Don't you work for Verizon? So you have more options than most I would think :) I have this phone for 2 years, and I am still very happy with it. Crazy as it seem, the phone almost feels faster with this update..

I don't sadly. My sister does. :p

I'm on her account for the discount. :D

It is a solid phone, but the problem I'm having is it just doesn't feel that great to me for some reason. I don't have any idea why I feel like that..... I think I just need a new device to play with every other month!

I believe every phone has the SIM card issue... There are so many number of posts from here to AndroidCentral to XDA that have talked about it.
Both my wife and I got DNA's on launch date. Her's had the SIM card issue about a month after we got the phones. Took it to Verizon, they replaced the card, and she hasn't had the issue once since.
Then, about a couple of months after we got the phones, mine had the same issue. I removed the card and reinstalled it. I haven't had the issue once since.

And yeah, the forums are filled with people reporting the issue. Some have simple solutions like my wife and I, but many continue to have the issue.

I had a problem with my device. Well, at first, I got the issue a few times in the matter of a couple weeks. I didn't think anything of it. Then after removing it and putting it back in there, I had absolutely no 4G reception. My phone could only pick up 3G. I take out my SIM card and look at it, and I'm sure yours has it, too. There should be 3 lines on the SIM from this device. Apparently, after removing it and putting it back in there so much, it left the SIM damaged. I luckily had a spare SIM that VZW activated for me, and I got my 4G back.
