I have a VGA jack labled "scart" on the back of my projector

Does anyone know for sure if I can take a cable like this and hook an HD source, such as an HD tv box to it?
 
Use the bottom one. SCARTis a british spec connector, and none of the pins match to VGA. I've never seen a VGA-shaped one, though.
