HSP Modem / Win 2k Compatibility Problem

I have recently installed Win 2k as my sole OS. Upon trying to reinstall drivers for my system, my winmodem isn't found by Win2k on any com port. The modem is model number 56IPI, of HSP, with a PCtel chipset. Also, when I tried to find any Win 2k drivers to install to fix the problem, I couldn't find any.
